Wouldn’t one like to be a great-dressed visitor throughout the marriage season? I would love to share some wedding outfit suggestions to nail that visitor fashion in each event. You have got a lot of different looks to experiment with for an Indian wedding. You ought not to wear the Anarkali for Indian weddings anymore.
If you are invited to Indian weddings, you are given lots of opportunities to dress up and flaunt your style. It’s a treat for you and ending up with Anarkali every time would turn boring. First things first, fill your suitcase with vibrant, bright and lightweight fabrics. Also, add some beautiful prints to it.
As you know that I have been to a marriage occasion recently. The marriage took place in Jodhpur. Jodhpur is a beautiful place and you ought to visit once for sure in a lifetime.
Whenever girls need to visit some wedding occasion, they sense a big load on their head. This huge load is due to the fact we never have enough clothes for any occasion at any time. You feel you don’t have enough. We’re never positive of what can be worn at exclusive rituals. It turns tough to make the choice for specific clothes for numerous rituals. That’s why I came up with this post to help you with making some choices.
When I was to this wedding, I packed four different dresses for four occasions. I made sure I will be comfortable and make my best appearance. In the wedding, I had four occasions to attend such as Mayara, Sangeet, Reception and Shaadi.
I chose a self-made Anarkali. A beautiful yellow and peacock blue/ sea green/ jade Anarkali. I added big and small laces at the end of the Anarkali in pink, yellow and green. I loved the leaf embroidery on the pink lace. Just Beautiful!!!!! I wore a big green and gold earrings with a long chain of pearls containing beautiful art on the pendant. Also wore bright thread work kadas in hand with gungroos on them.
I wore gold jhumkkas with a long chain of pearls containing beautiful art on the pendant. Also wore bright thread work kadas on hand with gungroos on them. For makeup, I gave little colors to my eyelids and added liner paired with a soft pink lipstick. I made a bun with my hair and a puff in the front. The whole look came out so well which I never thought would happen.
It is very important to know the purpose of a particular function that you would be attending. I knew I would move my legs on the floor so I chose to go with a gold crop top and orange skirt. It was so beautiful and also bright colors compliments me more. One tip for you is to look for colors that compliment you more and go for it during special occasions.
I added a gold necklace and stoned earrings. Bindi is important as it was a traditional Indian wedding and I too love bindis. Winged liner is all that I opted for eyes. A pink lipstick from Colorbar completed the whole look with free hair.
I wore this off cream and gold combination suit. Especially love the neck detailing and the button down model. Kept the whole look minimal and letting the outfit do the talking. I added kundan earrings, a kada and watch for accessories. Paired with light pink stilettos. With the hair, I went for a front puff and a pony to give the sleek look. Makeup was minimal with a winged liner and a lipstick. Bindi was also added to complete the whole look. Love the way it turned out.
Wedding Day Look:
The marriage is the last ritual in the whole wedding. It is where the couple takes vows like “You are my today and all my tomorrow”. I am kidding!! 🙂 It’s not an actual vow but kind of. This vow sounds like those Bollywood ones. Hahaha……….Where all the love songs become about each other. Isn’t it pleasing to hear all these? It is, right?
So coming back to subject matter outfit for the wedding night, I chose a saree. Saree is a whole traditional apparel and I love how it covers and exposes the right amount. It does make your appearance attractive yet graceful. I wore pink and white combination saree. This saree has the block of colors like the net in the bottom, white in middle and pink on the top. It’s same all through the length. Pink lace running on one side while a golden lace on the other. It has got diamond shape work on the net which gives that bling effect and makes it perfect for the occasion. I love the pearls lace running along the sides of saree.
To accessorize, I chose this white drop shaped earrings with gold danglers. A choker necklace which has layers like my saree. Wore a kada on one hand and wrist-watch on the other with two statement rings. With makeup, I applied brown shimmer eyeshadow all over lids, added a winged liner and a pink lipstick. Keeping my makeup simple with open hair to let outfit do the talk instead.
I hoped it was helpful to you in making better choices with simple dresses and accessories. Comment below which look out of the four you loved the most and why.
