Drumstick Tomato Soup - Mixture Of Taste And Health

  • 1 medium size Drumstick
  • 4 medium sized Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Bottle gourd, in small pieces
  • 4 cut in small pieces Beans
  • handful Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 cup Sweet corn
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black Pepper powder
  • Water as per required


  1. Method:

    Take a pressure cooker and add in drumstick, tomato, bottlegourd, beans, coriander leaves and jeera. Also add in water reaching just above these vegetables. Take 6-8 whistles so that they become completely mushy.

  2. Now using a blender, blend all the vegetables untill they are completely blended.

  3. Take another container and strain this liquid using the strainer. Add some water to get the right consistency of the soup in case needed.

  4. Now add salt, black pepper powder and sweet corn in it. Let it boil for 10 minutes on low flame after a single boil. Serve hot.
